Case Study: OCMW Brugge

OCMW Brugge is the public and social service department of the city of Bruges.
The new offices are the OCMW headquarters with all ICT applications centralised on-site, promoting efficient, reliable and secure communication with other city departments.

Challenge

OCMW Brugge wanted to create a uniform Voice-Data platform aiming for a simple management and an easy integration of the other sites (city departments).

Solution

  • Implementation of a powerful IP-network in their NAC division (New Administrative Centre);
  • Full VoIP in the NAC division;
  • Integration of some remote sites, where they use as well classical (DECT, analog, digital) as new technologies (VoIP, Wlan).
