David Winn
Chief Executive Officer, President of the Management Board
David Winn joined NextiraOne as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in April 2010. David brings a wealth of experience gained with Boston Consulting Group in the USA and in Munich, followed by international executive roles with American Express France, IBM Europe and as CEO of the European telephone equipment and services provider, Tenovis. Following the acquisition of Tenovis by Avaya, David assumed the role of Vice President of Avaya Europe. He has also held roles as CEO of US medical equipment services organisation Masterplan and as President of Europe for SiteSmith, a web hosting services company. Educated at Yale and Harvard Business School, David is fluent in English, French, German and Italian.

Steven Skakel
Managing Director UK & Ireland
Steven Skakel joined NextiraOne in 2005 following the successful acquisition and integration of GFI Informatics’ UK operations. He has more that 20 years experience of the enterprise communications market gained in operational sales and service roles. Steven’s thorough understanding of the UK’s innovative ICT market and personal experience of customer operations and technical challenges, make him a key member of the NextiraOne management team.

Rob Dunachie
Technology & Solutions Director
Like Steven, Rob Dunachie joined NextiraOne as a result of the GFI Informatics acquisition in 2005, bringing with him over 20 years experience in networking and communications. Rob is instrumental in helping to shape and deploy NextiraOne's internal solutions strategy across the Group.

Ray McGrath
Customer Services Director
Joining NextiraOne in 2007 as Customer Services Director, Ray McGrath is a valuable addition to the UK management team. He has 20 years experience in technical, operational and customer services roles, working for companies in the Aerospace, Software, IT and Telecommunications sectors. In 2004/5 he won ICS Team of the Year for Customer Service and is a regular public speaker and presenter on excellence in Customer Service and delivery.

Clare Horner
Finance Director
Clare Horner has worked at NextiraOne since July 2007, and was appointed Finance Director in January 2009. Clare trained as a chartered accountant with Ernst &Young and brings over 12 years experience to the role, having worked in the Telecoms & Media division at Logica and also at Bass Plc.
