INTEGRATE: Upgrade, Migrations and Proofs of Concept
Once a solution has been identified, we can provide all the necessary expertise to ensure that its integration into the existing environment is carried out with minimum disruption to the end-users and the business, and in-line with industry’s best practice and manufacturers’ guidelines. Services include planning for upgrades from older versions, migration from other systems, integration with existing business applications, identifying training requirements, and training.
DEPLOY: Installation, Configuration and Project/Programme Management
We provide services for the physical installation and configuration of systems and applications, using in-house expert resources. All activities in this phase (which will include any identified Integration tasks) are underpinned by best-in-class project and programme management, to ensure a successful delivery to the agreed schedule and timescales, and within budget.
